Igatpuri is a city in the Nashik District of Maharashtra. The city is surrounded by hills on all sides. Not many people know about it but there is a beautiful spot in Igatpuri where you can go camping. This place although found easily is not frequented by many due to its remoteness. But do give it a go, there is a gorgeous lake that you can go for kayaking or raft boating. Apart from that, the view of the valley, the sunset, the quaint little hotels that you will find on your way to the lake; everything will just take your breath away.

Welcome to our secret campsite. Begin with water sports activities which include learning Kayaking, River Raft Boating or just relax by swimming and body surfing. Swimmers and Non-Swimmers of all ages can participate in water sports at Igatpuri Secret Camping. Life Jackets are compulsory for Swimmers and non-Swimmers for all water sports activities. Our lake view adventure camp is well chosen and hidden to keep it close to nature. Igatpuri Lakeside camping is a beautiful spot for landscape photography.

Igatpuri is one of the darkest spots in Maharashtra, making our secret campsite ideal for Stargazing and Astrophotography. There are many apps that help you identify constellations using just your phone camera, so we recommend you download such apps before you visit.

The tents are pitched beside the lake in a way that you get mesmerizing sunset views from your tents. We want you guys to maximize your stay at the location and enjoy all water sports and adventure activities to the fullest, so we recommend checking in on time.

Q: How to reach Igatpuri Camping?

• Take a bus or train to Kasara or Igatpuri station. We can connect you with a local driver who charges Rs. 1000 for one side from Kasara and Rs. 1200 from Igatpuri for the entire cab. The cab can accommodate up to 8-10 people. Please select the “Transport” add-on at the time of booking and the team will share the driver details with you.

Q: Is the washroom available at the campsite?

Common washroom facilities (Indian) are available during the stay.

Q: Is the campsite safe for women?

The campsite is completely safe for women & children. The staff is present at the campsite at all times to assist you.

Q: How is the mobile network at the campsite?

The mobile network is good for calling. The data network is average.

Q: What is the tentative food menu?

• Evening Snacks - Potato Vada and Pav, dry bhel with tea
• Breakfast - Poha with tea
• Dinner (Veg) - Veg gravy sabzi, veg biryani, raita, bhakri/chapati
• Dinner (Non-Veg) - Chicken gravy, non-veg biryani, raita, bhakri/chapati

Q: Is Jain food available?

Yes, Jain food is available but needs to be informed about beforehand.

Q: What all games are present at the campsite?

Outdoor Games like Cricket and Badminton and Indoor Games like Carom and Darts are available at the campsite.

Q: We are a group of odd people. Will we have to share tents with other groups?

The tents are by default given on twin sharing basis. In case, you are a group of odd people (3,5,7,9), the last tent would be on a single sharing basis. We won't make you share with random strangers.

Q: What are the accomodations inside the tents?

Inside the tents you get foam mattress, bedsheets & blankets.

• Cancellation request made before 24 Hours of event start date: Entire amount to be refunded.
• Cancellation request made between 0 to 24 Hours of event start date: Single or multiple vouchers worth the entire amount which can be availed on next bookings.
• Cancellation request made on or after the event start date are not entertained.
• Example - Let's assume your booking is for 31st January. If you put in a cancellation request by 29th January 23:59 Hrs, 100% of booking amount is refundable in your original mode of payment. If you put in a cancellation request between 30th January 00:00 Hrs and 30th January 23:59 Hrs, 100% of booking amount is refundable in form of vouchers.
